Return Policy

All sales are final. 

Unless we ship you the wrong item, we will not accept returns for any reason.

All items have the condition clearly listed.  Please refer to our about section for how we grade doujinshi.  If you have any questions about a book's condition, it would be best to contact us prior to purchase.  No exchanges or requests to return an item based on condition will be accepted.

We are not responsible for damage caused by the postal service.  All orders will be securely packed to protect your items as much as possible.  We use cardboard and padding to prevent the book from being damaged, but we have no control over post office negligence. 

We are also not responsible if your items are seized by customs. 

Books damaged or lost in transit will not be refunded unless the item is insured.  No exceptions.
